在家装中,选则硬电线和软电线的优缺点?

1、从使用寿命上看,由于硬电线的电线比较粗,所以不易被氧化;而软电线是由多股细铜线组成的,容易被空气氧化。所以硬电线的使用寿命明显比软线长久。
1. In terms of service life, hard wires are relatively thick, so they are not easy to be oxidized; flexible wires are composed of multiple strands of fine copper wires, which are easy to be oxidized by air. So the service life of hard wire is obviously longer than that of soft wire.
2、从价格上看,由于软电线的电线比较软,要经过多次缠绕才能使用;而硬电线只有一根铜线,直接穿就行了。所以硬电线比软电线的工序少,价格也相对便宜许多。

3、从载电量上看,软电线由于是用多股铜丝缠绕而成的,所以在载流量上比单股铜线的硬电线大,但在突发性承受负荷上,硬电线的承受能力又比软电线强。不过,一般家用的话,电流基本上不超过100A,用单股的就可以。

4、从安全性上看,软电线标准的使用方法,是在接线时对接头烫锡或压线鼻子,否则多股线有可能翘起一根,与旁边导体相连,发生危险。而硬电线硬度较强,安全性也相对较强。

5、从便利性上看,更换电线时,硬线虽然较为费力,但可以保证完整的从穿线管内顺利抽出,必要时,还可替代穿线钢丝,将新线一同扯入。而软线老化后很容易发生断裂,换线时很可能会不小心将线拉断。
